Ron is an incredible coach.  By helping me understand my natural accent, he laid out the groundwork for me to learn new dialects with ease.  Ron created a safe environment for me to explore new ways of approaching text without worrying about how I sound.  He helped me find the freedom to reveal more of myself in my work and is my go-to coach for any and all accent and dialect work!  He is one of my favorite people to work with and creates space for all types of emotional expression with an approach to coaching that is based on honesty, kindness, and understanding.
